The digitalisation of Talent Mapping / Sourcing dramatically expanded:
- going from 800 profiles to tens of thousands per week
- whilst cutting delivery timeframes, from 3 weeks to 5 days

Next, I met André, a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, who had developed a Chrome extension to crawl a famous professional network. Together, we expanded it to other social networks and job boards. I learnt HTML, CSS and NodeJS.

                  into a web application using Node.js. That's where the idea to
                  invert the process came:

Jonathan is the Co-founder and CTO of Insnare, bringing over a decade of diverse software engineering experience to his role.
A graduate of The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of IT, Jonathan has worked in both corporate and startup environments, including a venture backed by prestigious Silicon Valley investors such as Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz.
He is known for creating popular open source projects, notably SocketCluster with over 6K GitHub stars and tens of thousands of weekly downloads.
Jonathan's expertise extends to cutting-edge technologies, having commercial experience with AI including LLMs and vector databases. Before that, he worked on complex multi-million dollar blockchain projects and helped scale an exchange platform to tens of thousands of concurrent high-frequency users.
His blend of corporate experience, startup agility and open source innovation drives Insnare's technological advancements in the recruitment analytics space.
